Inspiration: Maria Rose is an original painting inspired by Laura's recent travels to London and Paris. She was deeply inspired by the rose gardens that decorated the cities and countryside. The deep reds were romantic yet solemn, a bittersweet paradox that reminded her of the dark side of love.
